Puppy Agreement

Thank you for your interest in one of our beautiful puppies.

As per the terms of our agreements Precious Paws Kennels offers a six month health guarantee  (from the puppies date of birth) with your new puppy purchased, as a result we have two separate agreements that need to be fully signed and adhered to.

We ask that you take your time and evaluate both agreements carefully prior to any commitment. Please let it be known that Precious Paws Kennels do not under any circumstances or duress, pressure or force anybody into signing our agreements. If you feel that our agreements do not meet your needs than please under NO circumstances should you proceed.

Please note that both agreements will need to be fully signed, returned and adhered to prior to any money being transferred or accepted. All agreements are to be returned signed within 24 hours. Signed copies of both of your agreements will need to present in the event of a dispute. Failure to do so will result in a null and void agreement.    

 

 

The following agreement has been created to put a stop to disappointed buyers.

We have a few simple rules when it comes to deposits. We ask that you review the following and ask questions regarding anything you do not understand prior to signing and submitting a deposit.

In order to insure that both new owners and ourselves are protected on the sale of a pup, Precious Paws Kennels ask for a non-refundable deposit. Deposits are placed by you for securing your chosen pup you wish to purchase from Precious Paws Kennels.   Your timely deposit will secure the chosen pup as agreed and picked from our available litter. Your deposit prevents this puppy from being sold to another buyer.  If you are not 100% confident about sending a deposit, or your housing situation for bringing a pup into your home is unsure at this time, you may want to re-consider waiting until everything is right. This is in the best interest of you and your new puppy.

Once your deposit has cleared, the chosen puppy is removed from access to other buyers and a note on the pups advertisement is marked as deposit taken, with the understanding that the remaining balance is due before the puppy reaches eight weeks of age, unless other arrangements have been made.  Sorry NO REFUNDS are given, unless the pup fails their veterinary inspection at six weeks. This is not negotiable. Once again I stress that if youre not happy with this arrangement than please do not commit to buying one of our puppies.

If your deposit has not arrived or cleared within the 48 hour time period of your commitment, the pup will be then released for sale to other buyers.  This means that if another client sends in their deposit within the 48 hour time period, their deposit is documented prior to your deposit being received within the reserved time frame.

The above policy is standard for our kennel, unless denoted verbally by us at the time you are discussing your deposit and puppy choice.

It is understood by both parties that your pup will be purchased and fully paid for by you, the buyer, according to our payment policies.
